Scholarship Application

The Kingston Youth Soccer Association will present three Scholar Athlete awards in the amount of $500.00 to students (one male, one female, one youth referee) who have demonstrated outstanding academic and athletic levels throughout their four years of high school.

AWARD REQUIREMENTS:

- Applicant must be a resident of Kingston
- Applicant must be graduating from high school in good standing (guidance sign off required, see below)
- Applicant must have played for KYSA a minimum of 4 years
- Applicant must have been accepted, with intent to attend, a two or four year undergraduate program in a college or university
